Director of Business Analysis

Condon has been the lead business analyst for a large number of major corporations for the last 30 years. He is an expert in analysis methods. Condon is very well versed in the leading design techniques. His knowledge of the design and development process provides the team with the expertise to do a thorough job of analyzing your business needs. His experience gives him the tools needed to translate these requirements into the appropriate system to provide solutions to your business needs.

Emery Gordon
Director of Development

Emery specializes in the design and development of user applications which are data driven. His expertise is in the development of database driven systems. Emery has over thirty years of experience in analysis, development, installation and support of a wide range of software and Internet applications with a specialty in database design and application development. He has a comprehensive knowledge of a large variety of hardware and software platforms as well as extensive knowledge of the business practices and software requirements of industries and professional practices. He ran EDP Support Services which developed and installed mini-computer based business systems in hundreds of mid-sized companies. Some of those customers included Galoob Toys and University of California Book Store. He has over twelve years of experience using the Oracle tool set as well as expertise in a wide range of databases and languages.

Emery is also an expert in user interface design. Emery has designed and developed software and Internet projects at Roche Bioscience, Pacific Gas and Electric, Chevron, Genentech and other Bay Area corporations.

Peter O'Connor
Chief Developer

Peter is a senior developer with extensive expertise in the latest development methodologies and tools. He has nearly 20 years of experience and broad knowledge of Java and C++. He has designed and developed significant systems using object-oriented technologies. His experience with these technologies gives the team the tools to design develop and deploy the applications needed to drive today's businesses. The combination of his database experience and application design and development provide a wealth of knowledge which the team can apply to your development needs. Peter generally provides team leadership in on-going projects.
