College of Letters & Science, University of California at Berkeley
The project challenge was to design and user test an information architecture system that highlights the College's research, news and special events while directing audiences, such as graduate students and faculty, to the information they need.
UC's College of Letters & Science wanted a web presence which would show the breadth of their departments and the richness of the university's history. To meet this goal, strong visuals were combined in a series of collages to firmly identify Letters & Sciences as a powerfully multidisciplinary collection of departments.
Clean layout accents the content within sections which each have their own header image montage.
