The Beckman Center needed an improved user and admin experience for its grant application process. The existing system was cumbersome, making it difficult to manage submissions, reviews, and awards efficiently. The goal was to create a streamlined tool that simplified workflows for applicants, reviewers, and administrators alike.

Solution:

Wired Moon designed and developed a custom Seed Grant Proposal System using the Laravel framework. The application supports the full lifecycle of grant management — from submission to review to awarding — with a clean interface and intuitive admin tools. Our work included:
