The Center for Diabetes Translational Research (DREAMS-CDTR) is led by experts in diabetes health equity research from the KPDOR, UCSF, UC Merced, and UC Davis. While hosted by Stanford, the site reflects all the faculty and organizations involved in developing and implementing innovative, high-impact, and sustainable interventions to
