Stanford Family Building After Cancer

Built with:

WordPress

Challenge:

The Family Building After Cancer project needed a website to support women navigating fertility options after cancer treatment. The previous site, built in static HTML, was outdated and difficult to manage. The goal was to create a trustworthy, compassionate resource that could deliver sensitive information with clarity, warmth, and hope.

Solution:

Wired Moon rebuilt the site in WordPress with a fresh design that balances seriousness with optimism, while making updates easy to manage over time. We partnered closely with the client to develop content, refine structure, and ensure that both tone and design supported the mission of guiding women through complex and emotional decisions. Our work included:

  • Definition and strategy, including UX consulting
  • Content development and editing to ensure clarity and sensitivity
  • Information architecture for streamlined navigation
  • Custom visual design to convey warmth and trust
  • Custom functionality and integration to enhance usability
  • Image consultation and selection for supportive visuals
  • Graphics and drawings to enrich storytelling
  • Copy consultation to improve SEO visibility
  • Quality assurance for consistency across browsers
